Dead by Daylight is a game where one player becomes a ruthless killer, while the remaining four try to escape from them. The goal of each match is to escape from the location by repairing 5 generators and opening the main gates. Both survivors and the killer have a wide range of abilities and an exciting progression tree to make the matches diverse. However, the main twist is that survivors cannot harm the killer and must find a way to escape through the gates, or else they will become sacrifices to the entity.
The game includes numerous references to iconic horror characters and also features its unique killers. Dead by Daylight has a variety of expansions that collaborate with different universes. For example, "Stranger Things" - so if you purchase it, you can play as your favorite characters and even control a unique killer from that series.

However, if you ever feel like sharing this experience with someone, you can use the cooperative mode comfortably, sitting on the couch with your friends. Moreover, interactive movies are simply stories where players don't need to delve into mechanics but make decisions, so these games are suitable even for those who have never played anything. Each of them has many exciting twists since the fate of the characters depends on you. And the playtime ranges from 5 to 8 hours, making it a great way to spend a weekend.
Until Dawn
This game proudly holds the top spot in this genre's author list. So, if you're a genre fan but haven't played it yet, we highly recommend it. Since Until Dawn is an interactive movie, we can't provide too many details to avoid spoilers. The story unfolds during a winter getaway at a remote cottage with friends, where strange events occur. What will happen to the characters? Will they make it out alive? And how is it related to the tragedy from the previous year when two of their friends died on a similar trip?
